1. What we collect

We only hold what you give us directly, through the forms on this website or our other contact channels:

• Contact details — your name, email address, phone number and country of residence.
• Trip details — the tour you chose, your date and departure slot, group size, preferred language, and any add-ons.
• Safety details — age, height, weight, and any physical limitation or food allergy you tell us about. We use these solely to assign a suitable rider and plan the route.

We do not collect credit card or other financial details through this website.

2. Why we use it

• To contact you and confirm your booking, meeting point and timings.
• To assign riders, prepare safety equipment, and arrange meals appropriately for each guest.
• To handle insurance matters if something happens during a tour.
• To answer enquiries you send through the contact form.

We will not use your details for advertising or marketing mail-outs unless you have explicitly agreed to that.

3. Legal basis

We process your data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), on the basis that processing is necessary to perform our tour contract with you, on our legitimate interest in keeping guests safe during a tour, and on your consent where consent is specifically requested.

4. Who we share it with

We share your data only as far as necessary, and only with:

• The riders and staff assigned to your tour.
• Our insurer, and only where a claim needs to be made.
• Government or regulatory authorities, where we are legally required to provide it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to deliver the service, meet accounting requirements, and comply with applicable law. After that we delete the data or render it non-identifying.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website currently uses no behavioural tracking cookies, no visitor analytics, and no advertising pixels. We do load fonts from Google Fonts, which — as with any request on the internet — means that provider may receive your IP address. If we ever add analytics tooling, we will update this page and say so.

7. Your rights

Under data protection law you have the right to:

• Access your personal data and request a copy of it.
• Have inaccurate or out-of-date information corrected.
• Request deletion where we no longer need to keep it.
• Request that we restrict processing, or object to it.
• Withdraw any consent you previously gave, at any time.

8. Keeping your data safe

Access to booking records is limited to the staff who need it to do their job, and we take reasonable care over the channels through which we receive your information.
