Dress Code

  • Closed-toe Shoes or Sneakers: Avoid wearing slippers or sandals to protect your toes and ankles during the ride.
  • Avoid Wearing Skirts: Due to the scooter seat structure and difficulty mounting/dismounting when parked.
  • Appropriate Attire for Temples: Please wear shirts with sleeves and pants/skirts that cover your knees. You may carry a light shawl or jacket to cover up when entering sacred temple grounds.

Logistics & Pick-up

  • Free Hotel Pick-up (Within Area): If your hotel/accommodation lies within our designated service zone, your rider will pick you up directly at the lobby entrance for free.
  • Skytrain Station Meeting Point (Outside Area): If your lodging is outside our tour radius, we will arrange a convenient meeting point at the exit of the nearest BTS Skytrain or MRT Subway station.
  • Flexible Drop-off: After the tour, you can choose to be dropped off back at your hotel or specify any other location in downtown Bangkok to continue your day.
  • Punctuality: Please be ready 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time to ensure a smooth start.

  • Free Luggage Storage: Large suitcases cannot be carried on the scooters. However, you can store your heavy luggage at our main office in River City Bangkok for free during the tour.
  • Insta360 Camera Rental: Hire an Insta360 camera for 300 THB/trip. Your rider will help record high-quality 360-degree footage and transfer the files directly after the tour.

No, you don't. All our tours are **pillion rides**, meaning a professional local rider who is fully licensed and trained by MOTO GO BKK will drive you throughout the entire route. You can relax, take photos, and enjoy the sights safely.
Will the tour be cancelled if it rains?
If it is just light rain or drizzle, we provide high-quality raincoats for all guests and continue the tour. However, in the event of heavy downpours, storms, or severe flooding that poses a safety hazard, our staff will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund.
What does the insurance cover?
Our tour packages cover both travel traffic accidents and acute food poisoning from any roadside street food stalls visited during the tour to ensure peace of mind for all travelers.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your trip free of charge by notifying us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
